The show is explained.

We get one thing out of the way: Steven A. Smith is omnipresent and overplayed.

We do a plug for Dynamic Gaming.

We meet Mike Stone - "Stoney" to anyone who is a sports fan in Michigan. Pioneer of the nascent sports talk radio industry with Bob "Wojo" Wojnowski in the 90's on the acclaimed "Stoney & Wojo" show. Disclaimer: I brought content to it. Mike and I run the gamut of sports media nationally, locally Detroit, we talk a bit of Red Wings and I go all Marshall McLuhan.

We play "Thank You, No Thank You" where Stoney answers the requisite questions on sports media, music, Stern, Little Steven, and we mercifully keep it short on Bruce.

We finish as always with Disclaimers and Thank You's.
